 Spatter Mist Anti-Spatter
Finally! An Anti-Spatter with no harmful Solvents, Odors, or Fumes, and it "Really Works". Spatter Mist contains no ingredients to cause discomfort to welders or surrounding workers. Spatter Mist contains nothing unsafe to your people, parts, or the environment.
To protect the welding areas and aid in clean up, spray a light treatment of Spatter Mist on all objects in the welding booth. When clean up time comes, just wipe with a damp cloth, the vicinity will clean up in half the time.
Spray your fixtures and especially the copper and brass shunts with a coating of Spatter Mist for the best electrical conductivity, weld and wipe off as needed.
Always apply Spatter Mist with a light mist. A little goes a very long way, and it does not build up. When welding is complete, wipe with a damp or dry cloth to remove weld spatter, mill and process oil, any other dirt or grime on the area.
Note: You may find it helpful to spray a little additional Spatter Mist during clean-up, to loosen caked on grime. In most cases, parts are ready for painting at this point.
Spatter Mist Anti-Spatter is available in 16 oz. refillable metal spray cans, 24 oz. trigger spray bottles, gallons, five gallons reusable DOT plastic containers with handy pour valves, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon totes.

Nozzle Honey
Nozzle Honey is a new concept in weld nozzle protection. Your nozzles can be dipped while new and cold, keeping the spatter from sticking in the first place. It makes no difference if the nozzle is hot or cold. Unlike petroleum or vegetable oil base products, Nozzle Honey does not build up or drip into the weld zone.
